Escape forward slashes in ggg?
I.e., I want to make the Math Expressions example also emit powers, like this: k3 bcp + y4 ÷ z4(-2) e84 -2 -2 + i + doy I got it working, mostly. But I can't have the forward slashes for /sup , because ggg has a special use for them. My current workaround is to use backslashes, and replace them with...

Re: New conlang, please help me give it a name
What does that mean?
Ok. (BTW my spellchecker doesn't recognize "recognised". It's spellchecking for American English.)

Re: New conlang, please help me give it a name
Please you tell me if you'll have numbers from your conlang. Could you please send me numbers from 1 to 10 (as in English: one, two, three,...)? I haven't decided on them yet. I think I might use base 9, though. Thanks for your answer to my request. I hope you have numbers and a language name soon....

Re: New conlang, please help me give it a name
Thuhlhluthurhluth It's hard to pronounce that, but maybe. Perhaps the humor ought to be curtailed at this point…this guy legitimately would like assistance and we ought not bite the newbies. Thanks but I'm fine with the humor. my post was serious ... i have over 100 minor "conlangs" which...

Re: New conlang, please help me give it a name
Then I imagine the language would be called "Desert", "Desert Witch", "Witch", "Olarrk" or "Sithe". If I use the "Olarrk ta Sithe", I would want both "Olarrk" and "Sithe" in the lang name, even if squashed together, lik...

Re: New conlang, please help me give it a name
Do you have any other features of the conlang completed besides this sample text? Any phonology, grammar, vocabulary, internal history etc.? Any of those details would help us help you name it more easily. I have some phonology: hl = ɬ i = i th = θ r = ɾ t = t a = a e = e except when after a vowel,...

Re: Repeated letters in ggg
What I specifically want it for is an extended version of the Math Expressions example. I want it to turn "gggggggg" into "g8", "ff" into "f2" etc. Not generating them, but rather collapsing them.

Repeated letters in ggg
Regular expressions have a way to do this, for example (whatever*) matches "whateverwhateverwhatever", "whatever", etc., but not "whatevre", "waeehtvr", "qwertyuiopasdfghjklzxcvbnm", etc. Is there a way to do this in ggg?
