According to the Index Diachronica, there's ø → oː in the sound changes from Proto-Turkic to Sakha, but I can't find a reference to that in the sources they give. Anything with a voiced consonant would seem really odd to me; I've only heard /bɐːθs/ or a variant like [bɐːfs] etc. Same with paths /pɐːθs/, which is the only rhyming word I can think of. I would also say /kləu̯ðz/ for clothes.
