Looks like it’s spoken in South America. Actually I’m going to go further and guess it’s from Arawak.

It is Modang, spoken in Borneo. How did I get here? Well first off it kind of looked like it was from Borneo - some languages there have sesquisyllabic structure and large vowel/diphthong systems (iirc it's likely substratum influence from an extinct branch of Austroasiatic). Super neat overview so far, which is great because I’ve only seen snippets of Naswiyan before...looking forward to more! Couple questions: What happens if you have two clitics in the same slot position? Like, for slot 2, “Is he thus hungry?” When do you use the suffix/dependent/independent pronouns?
