Zompist Bboard Again

Heads up that Cloudflare is down, which means the CBB is also down. I believe the admins started using Cloudflare after the DoS attack in May. Once Cloudflare fixes their issues the CBB will be back up.

I've been doing more reading into Anubis as of late, and I highly suggest zompist take a look at it and, if possible, use it with the Zeeb. Haven't done a search to see if this has been suggested, but have you thought about changing the DNS host to Cloudflare and taking advantage of the DDoS protection? There's a modicum of support at the free tier. The CBB seems to have done just that in response to similar problems.

For what it's worth, I would look at where these performance issues are coming from. Problems relating to a bloated database would look different to problems created by excessive traffic. It's sad that small sites like this are buckling under bot traffic, making it hard for players without the budge...

There's no such thing as 'safe' in cybersecurity, there's only 'too much of a hassle to bother with'.

Another surge of traffic started yesterday around 5 PM CDT and has yet to abate. The site is weathering the storm much better this time, but I figured I'd add a little redundancy by signing up here in the event things go south.
