That's kind of what TVTropes would call the "Department of Redundancy Department". You can have "Pläne für eine", or "vor", but both in the same sentence sound kinda weird and "wrong" to me.

I'd probably put "geplant haben würde" at the end, but I'm not sure if your version is actually wrong.

Ich denke, dass ich "geplant würde haben" gesagt hätte, aber dass ist warscheinlich, da das die Niederländische Reihenfolge ist.
I think I would've said "...", but that's probably because that's the Dutch word order ("gepland zou hebben").

Ich habe zwei Varianten gelernt: "geplant haben würde" und "würde geplant haben". Die letztere kommt mir ein bissle umgangssprachlicher vor.
I learned two versions: "geplant haben würde" and "würde geplant haben". The latter sounds a bit more colloquial to me.

Und "geplant würde haben" klingt absolut falsch. Aber es würde mich nicht wundern, wenn das in irgendeinem Regiolekt geläufig ist.
And "geplant würde haben" sounds completely wrong. But I wouldn't be surprised if it's used in some regional vernacular somewhere.

Es gibt ein ganzes Kontinuum zwischen Standarddeutsch und reinen Dialekt. Was ich meistens red ist halt Regiolekt a.b.a. "regionale Umgangssprache".
There's a whole continuum between Standard German and pure dialect. Mostly what I speak is "regiolect" a.k.a. "regional vernacular".

Manchmol versuech i meh oda wenga propra Dialägt zue schwädzä, aba s ghäit mia schweh. In ähnlicher Weise finde ich es zu anspruchsvoll, absolut korrektes Standarddeutsch zu beherrschen. Also, ich schliess 'nen Kompromiss.
Time 'n 'gain I tries to talk in more'r less true dialec', but 'taint easy. Similarly, I find it quite challenging to master fully correct Standard German. So I find a compromise.

Ich glaube, dass ich "Sie" aus irgendeinem Grund benutzen wollte, aber ich zum Schreiben von "du" gewechselt habe, aber ich hatte vergessen, "sprechen" auf "sprichst" zu schalten.
I believe that I wanted to use "Sie" for some reason, but I switched to writing "du", and I forgot to switch "sprechen" to "sprichst".
