My name means either "person who trumpets minor points of learning" or "maker of words." That fact that it means the latter in Sindarin is a demonstration of the former. Beware.

That’s only because I used “yaazhgzhoom” (meaning: ‘I say it’) three times — I don’t have many words yet! Actually, I probably use “aa” too much.

(I think that what happened with both /ʒ/ and /aː/ was that I was inspired by Ojibwe, and tried to make the phonology sound similar, but overdid it a bit… Anyway, I’m pretty happy with the result, since I think it’s the first of my conlangs to have a distinctive ‘character’ of its own.)
(Also, I’ve decided to experiment with having my usual detailed gloss, but keeping it hidden by default. What does everyone think about this idea?)

*This doesn't sound right, but I do mean a past perfect, since they're both healthy again.

Bles yu! Mi a go tahn olda buk! An mi redi sta tahn cata 3 (swi) ("Dem in sing o tel tel dis ya de, olbit weda beta; an swel no nes de, an swel no nes nes de.").
Thank you! I'm going to transalte the whole book! And I already started chapter 3 (three) ("They did not sing or tell stories that day, even though the weather improved; nor the next day, nor the day after.").
As for the pronunciation, it's fairly straightforward, with a few caveats:
a - [ɐ]
b - [ b ]
c - [ c͡ç]
d - [d] (alveolar or dental)
e - [e] or [ɪ]
f - [f]
g - [g]
i -[ i ]
j - [ ɟ͡ʝ]
k - [k]
l - [l] (alveolar or dental)
m - [m]
n - [n]
o - [o], [ɔ] before nasal
p - [p]
r - [r] (trilled)
s - [s]
t - [t] (alveolar or dental)
u - [ u ]
w - [w]
y - [j]
Note there's no aspiration on the plosives!
Then there's a number of digraphs:
ah - [ɐː]
eh - [eː]
ih - [iː] (very rare)
oh - [oː]
uh - [uː] (very rare)
an - [ɐ̃] or [ɐ̃ɰ]
on - [ɔ̃] or [ɔ̃ɰʷ]
before [ŋ] partial or full nasalisation may also occur (e.g. "long" [lɔ̃ŋ])
wa - [ɐː] after labialized consonant, though [ɐ] at end of word (e.g. "agua" [ɐgʷɐ])
wi - [yː]
we - [øː]
wo - [w̝] or [b̞ʷ] at start of syllable, [oː] after labialized consonant
wu - [uː] after labialized consonant (doesn't appear otherwise)
ng - [ŋ]
ny - [ɲ]
yn - [ɲ] (with lengthening of preceeding vowel, e.g. "layn" [lɐːɲ])
yl - [ʎ] (with lengthening of preceeding vowel, e.g. "balyu" [bɐːʎu])
ly - [ʎ] (with lengthening of preceeding vowel, e.g. "cayl" [ c͡çɐːʎ])
bw - [bʷ]
dw - [dʷ]
fw - [ɸʷ]
gw - [gʷ]
kw - [kʷ]
pw - [pʷ]
sw - [sʷ]
tw - [tʷ]
succeeding vowel is lengthened
[l], [m] and [n] can be syllabic (e.g. "bokl" [bo.kl̩], "apn" [a.pn̩])
I think that's it!
EDIT: That was not it entirely: intervocalic /s/ becomes voiced ([s̬] or [z]), unstressed final /o/ gets lenited to [o̝] or [ u ] (so e.g. "manggo" [mɐŋgu]).
