While they don't have Christmas, I've translated fragments of a few Christmas songs that would fit in well with Ineshîmé solstice festivals:

Are the translations supposed to be singable to the original melodies?

Very cool! I've tried translating some songs, e.g. The Skye Boat Song, Ace of Spades, Talk to Me* and Into the Unknown, but Sajiwan and English are similar enough this isn't too difficult.

*Actually a Dutch Song, "Praat met me".

Just a funny fragment from chapter 5 of The Hobbit, showing the many faces of "ray":

"...", Torin tok no ray se a wo im les tok ray dis taym ya, kes ray-ray ray tok fo bway in go ray atol.
"...", Torin said not quite knowing ("right know") what he should say right now ("this time here"), when ("the-case-being") [the] exact truth ("right talk") obviously ("for clarity") not IRR [be] right at all.

Original:
"...", said Thorin, not quite knowing what to say all at once in a moment, when obviously the exact truth would not do at all.

Well, I never really stopped, but yeah, I started translating it again now, the first version of chapter 4 is almost ready.

Huzzah! I've finished chapter 4! I've yet to check it for errors, but I haven't got any pink marking* left! I've very happy. Unfortunately, the next chapter is "riddles in the dark", about Gollum, and it isn't easy to translate either.

*I use a pink text colour to indicate I need to check it, or even when I'm pretty sure it needs changing.

For "Merry Christmas", with the words that would exist if Christmas existed in-world
More: show
"Proper" Kokori:
Joieuz Néeau!
[ʒo̯ɛ'jøː n̪eː'joː]
"Joyous Christmas!"

(While perceived as correct, this form of the language is only used among the decreasing number of people who use Kokori as a home language, though some who study it as a foreign language do strive for a "proper" pronunciation. Calques from Ineshîmé are often used for technical vocabulary in the most "correct" forms of this language, but phonetic borrowing is increasingly common in the spoken varieties. The Ineshîmé form of the name, Cocori or Kokori, is also now extremely common in writing — the inherited form is Coqueris or Coqueri, from earlier Coquelys, a kind of Convallaria-like flower; the form Cocori or Cocoli did have some historical use, but was limited.)

Ineshîmised Kokori:
ぎよへ𛀁う ねへよほ!
Joweyeu Nêyô
[ʑo̞ᵝˑꜜwe̞.jøᵝː n̪e̞ːꜜjo̞ᵝ]
"Joyous Christmas!"

(This form of Kokori has still some ceremonial uses. The Tesséki spellings, while unofficial, are now fairly codified, and used as a guide for those who do not speak the language. The written form with its "proper" script is also used on street signs in some major cities, and in areas with a historically high Kokori population, though its daily use is restricted to a few professions, of which it forms more a jargon than a complete language.)

Ineshîmé:
楽くよ 拠已!
とうのくよ ねへやう!
Tonokuyo nêyô !
[t̪ʰo̞ᵝ.n̪o̞ᵝꜛkʰʉᵝˑꜜjo̞ᵝ n̪e̞ːꜜjo̞ᵝ]
happy.INFINITIVE.IMPERATIVE basis.ago(=Christmas)
"(May your) Christmas be happy!"

For the Winter Solstice, which is actually celebrated internally:
More: show
"Proper" Kokori:
Joieuz Soûltice!
[ʒo̯ɛ'jø s̪uː't̪iːs̪[/o]
"Joyous Solstice!"

Ineshîmised Kokori:
ぎよへ𛀁う すふつゐひち!
Joieuz Soûltice!
[ʑo̞ᵝˑꜜwe̞.jøᵝː s̪uː't̪ʰiːs̪[/o]
"Joyous Solstice!" (Using an inherited word.)

ぎよへ𛀁うふい𛀁゙つはりふ!
Joieuz Fuisseauriûz
[ʑo̞ᵝˑꜜwe̞.jøᵝː ɸᶣy̯ᵝis̪ꜛs̪o̞ᵝːꜜɾ̪ʲi̯yᵝː]
"Joyous Solstice!" (Using a word borrowed from Ineshîmé.)

Ineshîmé:
楽くよ 冬最阳!
とうのくよ ふい𛀁゙つはりふ!
Tonokuyo Fuissôryû!
[t̪ʰo̞ᵝ.n̪o̞ᵝꜛkʰʉᵝˑꜜjo̞ᵝ ɸᶣy̯ᵝis̪ꜛs̪o̞ᵝːꜜɾ̪ʲi̯yᵝː]
happy.INFINITIVE.IMPERATIVE winter.extreme.day(=winter-solstice(
"(May your) Winter Solstice be happy!"
