I would love to see how that's realised phonetically.
I’m assuming ⟨z w⟩ are both vowels.
I might as well take a guess while I’m posting: Austronesian? Oceanic?

I believe the shifting of [ɨ] > [s~z] is attested in Miyakoan (one of the oddest sound changes I've encountered, at least in my mind), so it the "z" could also be a syllabic consonant; I also suspect the "j" may take on a vocalic realisation.

Neither Austronesian nor Oceanic, and no, I don't know the pronunciation of <z>, <w> is however indeed a vowel.

Well, it's got a CV(n) syllable structure, /ŋ/ as the realization of the coda nasal before a pause (and perhaps sometimes even before a consonant), an odd looking cluster that Im going to assume is /kpʷ/, and is probably missing all of /s l p g/.
I can't really get much information out of the vowels. But consonants are my only real strong point anyway ....so Im going to guess this is somewhere in Melanesia, and if I must guess something more specific (unless this takes away someone else's guess, in which case, please ignore this), I choose the Koro language of Vanuatu.
