Loss of presyllables; where glottal stops were present in presyllables, they are lost and turn plosives into ejectives in following major syllable onsets into ejectives. Front vowels in presyllables palatalize the resulting new onsets, and rounded vowels in presyllables labialize them.

I motion that we forbid changing consonants into alveolopalatals or palatals en masse.

It's an extremely common sound change.

Yes, but I'm growing tired of [cɕ ɕ ç].
It seemed the best way to stabilise that clearly unstable inventory, especially since [ɬʲ ʃʲ] were both already present.

The thing is it's often too symmetrical-looking. E.g. in this case I might have done something like:
[tsʲ pʲ xʲ ɬʲ ʃ nʲ rʲ] > [tʃ pʲ ç ʃ ʃ ɲ ʒ]

The plain [ʃ] in the original sequence is a typo, it was [ʃʲ] (essentially [ɕ]) already, so I would expect the others to shift into a similar position rather than [ʃ] to depalatalise when there aren't any palatoalveolars present yet.
