Just as a note, dental stops are far more common than alveolar stops, which only occur when dental stops in the protolanguage were palatalized and also were positioned before another consonant so they did not affricate.

Here is what I came up with for /reˈhɐʎɐ ˈkap/ Reháľa Kâp.

(Note that I have made updates since my original challege.)

Consonants:

/m n ɲ/ <m n ň>
/b d̪ d dz dʒ/ <b d dj dz dž>
/pʰ t̪ʰ tʰ tsʰ tʃʰ cʰ kʰ qʰ/ <p t tj ts tš c k q>
/t̪ʼ tʼ tsʼ tʃʼ cʼ kʼ qʼ/ <t' tj' ts' tš' c' k' q'>
/s ʃ ç x χ h/ <s š ś xj x h>
/β ð z ʒ ɣ ʁ/ <v đ z ž gj g>
/r l ʎ/ <r l ľ>
/w j/ <w y>

The only real consonant allophony so far established is that /r/ is flapped between vowels, so I will not mark it above.

Unstressed vowels:

/i u/ [ɪ ʊ] <i u>
/e ɐ o/ [ɛ ə ɔ] <e a o>
/a/ [a] <à>

/ĩ ũ/ [ɪ̃ ʊ̃] <iñ uñ>
/ẽ ɐ̃ õ/ [ɛ̃ ə̃ ɔ̃] <eñ añ oñ>
/ã/ [ã] <àñ>

Stressed vowels:

/i u/ [i u] <í ú>
/e ɐ o/ [e ɐ o] <é á ó>
/a/ [a] <â>

/ĩ ũ/ [ĩ ũ] <íñ úñ>
/ẽ ɐ̃ õ/ [ẽ ɐ̃ õ] <éñ áñ óñ>
/ã/ [ã] <âñ>

/iː uː/ [iː uː] <íi úu>
/eː ɐː oː/ [eː ɐː oː] <ée áa óo>

*pʲ *pʷ *t *ʈ *k
*s *ʂ *x *xʷ
*βʲ *w *ɹ *l *ɭ *j
*mʲ *mʷ *n *ɳ

CVN syllable structure where any consonant except the rhotic could occur initially and final consonants were limited to the rhotic and a homorganic nasal which defaults to *n phrase finally.
The rhotic isn’t a real phoneme it appears exclusively in words of the form C1V1C1V1()ɹ which is the form of the diminutive. Rarely does the word not have a corresponding non diminutive form and all these roots have a diminutive meaning.

Irish Style

*pʲ *pʷ *t *ʈ *k ⟨p p t t c⟩
*s *ʂ *x *xʷ ⟨s s ch f⟩
*βʲ *w *ɹ *l *ɭ *j ⟨mh mh th l l ∅²⟩
*mʲ *mʷ *n *ɳ ⟨m m n n⟩
¹ Before ⟨a⟩
² An extra ⟨i⟩ is inserted before a slender vowel

*pʲ *t *s *βʲ *l *j *mʲ *n are slender, the rest are broad, except word final coda *ɹ *n don't care what vowels they touch

*i *u ⟨(i)ao(i)¹ (i)u(i)⟩
*e *o ⟨áe(i)/é(o) (e)ó(i)⟩
*ɛ *ɔ ⟨ae(i)/e(o) (e)o(i)⟩
*a ⟨(e)a(i)⟩
¹ ⟨iaoi⟩ is rather ⟨i⟩
Broad consonants must touch only ⟨a o ó u ae⟩ and slender ones only ⟨e é i⟩. Insert vowels and switch between varients to make this work.

guess I'll stick with the theme and do something other than a standard english attempt.
