At first it merely pressured me to ditch the adblocker but now it refuses to show videos at all. Unfortunately that means my main source of video and even music has disappeared. Perhaps it's for the best as I have been trying to cut back on digital media with little success. Yet currently there are pretty much no alternatives available to me apart from an underfunded and poorly stocked library.
Are there CDs and DVDs on loan from the library? Is there only one library? Or available for cheap from thrift stores?
And, more importantly, what's the most ethical?
The local library system here has tons of DVDs on loan - it's where I get all the TV I watch from.

started revamping Omyatloko last month and recently found more than a few duplicate glyphs

having to step away from frustration but trying not to just scrap the whole thing

this is revamp number 5

I don't want perfection, but it sure would be cool not to have crap

It’s pretty amazing already! A few duplicate glyphs is far from a fundamental problem.

(If anything, it makes it more naturalistic. I was shocked when I realised how many Chinese characters have two readings.)

^WHS. Caber has a fair few duplicates too, but I’ve decided to embrace it for the reasons bradrn has stated.

We're waiting for the people who are supposed to replace our broken doorbells with new ones today.
...and waiting...
...and waiting...

in 3SDeductiveLanguage(1Sense=1Sign=1Sound) I'm in search of perfection, and therefore shun naturalism,
but the logograms at its base (with the primary senses) haven't changed in half a century, except in a calligraphic way,
even if I can't use them easily on the net where their imperfect representation often changes...

And they've rescheduled to Wednesday. Or perhaps there was a misunderstanding, and they were meant to come on Wednesday in the first place. Sigh.

I see what you did there.

Anyway, if they had shown up, the neighbors'/landlord's dog would have told us all about it.

My father has contracted COVID (again).

I haven’t been able to get the new booster yet, and I am considered high-risk.

The USPS appears to have mislaid multiple packages I am expecting.

Also, I have a refill left on my bipolar meds but suddenly now the insurance has an issue, despite filling previous refills.

Thank you, Raphael.

Problem with the pharmacy is the insurance is only now complaining about the pharmacy. Well, I refuse to go back to CVS. Guess I’m paying out of pocket for now.

Crap - insurance problems suck! Good luck with getting them sorted.
