Wrt onset /h/, do you mean lone onset /h/, or /hC/ clusters? Or both?

This language is spoken by naga, which have a human upper body and a serpentine lower body, and anthropomorphic snakes. Romanizations are provided to lessen to work load.

This character (`) is going to change to a affricate depending on what consonants are around it. Also, I am planning on removing one of the trills, fricatives, and nasals. Also perhaps merging some of the laterals.

The central semi-vowels only occur after a high vowel at the end of a word(for now). Also the central low-mid vowel /ɜɞ/ occurs as a vowel and always between a different vowel and a proceeding /ɹ/. The syllable structure is CV(yet again for now).

Let me know what you would like to see changed about it. I could probably incorporate your suggestion into a decent language.

just to be clear, the square brackets is the variations, not the entire realized form? i.e. almost every consonant has a voiced/unvoiced form and every vowel has a rounded/rounded form, not that every consonant is an affricate and not that every vowel is a diphthong?
