carnal: [ˈkɑɹnl̩] (with much less retroflexing on the /n/)

I've only ever heard it as /ˈæblətɨv/.

Interesting - none of you have assimilation of /dn/ to [nː] (which, along with assimilation of /bm/ to [mː], I am used to here).
