Idk why my brain did this to me, but when I saw this, I immediately interpreted "posters" to mean 'people posting on a forum' and "new posters have appeared on my street" as some kind of variation on "new kid on the block," instead of, you know, actual posters, like the kind you stick on walls, on an actual street.

Missouri Supreme Court reverses Medicaid expansion decision (AP)
Sounds like expansion is being halted by the court when really it was halted by the governor, the lower court ruled that was constitutional, and the Supreme Court just overturned that ruling.

You seem to be very much into SF... I wouldn't even have com up with that interpretation; for me, the archetypical Transporter is this this kind of van.
