¹ When the relay is over, of course. I believe it is standard practise to release the stages afterwards, but I'm not sure

Perhaps she’s so busy decoding your language that she doesn’t even have time for a reply…

sorry, have been very busy with life stuff, am not likely to complete this assignment, apologies (what darren gave me is difficult but that isn't why i didn't complete it, and i would encourage someone else to try to solve it instead, it would be a shame if darren got discouraged and went with something simpler when solving the puzzle he created would be much more rewarding for the person who replaces me in line)

Well i'll be on a very long break from the internet in just two days so i cannot solve it for a long time.

I'm just going into a period where I'll have lots of time to do conlangery, and I've always wanted to do one of these, so if people agreed and the last person (I think Darren) wanted to send me their torch, I'd be happy to do the last step, so we'd at least have the final result, although we wouldn't have each torch unless people still had them and sent them on here.

I think Darren was the last person (since Emily admitted defeat with his translation). I for one would be happy for you to do that.

I've checked the member list and foxcatdog was last active this morning¹, but has only made one post since their last update on here in April, so I assume they just haven't had the time to do the translation. I suggest the following plan:

1. I quote something of foxcatdog's, to maximise their chance of seeing this.
2. We wait until the end of the week, to see if foxcatdog appears or if any other relay member has some objection.
3. If nothing has happened by Monday, we ask Darren to send me the torch for translation into English².
