Not a headline, but here's a nice line from the Independent:
It came after the prime minister's deal was rejected by a record majority of 230, as around 100 of her own backbenchers ignored her last-ditch appeal to vote down the Brexit agreement.
Well, no wonder it lost, if she was whipping up no votes!

Sloppy editing at the Rutland Herald tells us that in Vermont, craft breweries now outnumber people:
Vermont is the friendliest state for small-batch suds with 11.5 breweries per capita
....
As of 2018, Vermont tops the list as the most popular state for craft beer, followed closely by Montana and Maine, which each boast 9.6 breweries per capita, followed by Oregon and Colorado.

Silly one, but I managed to get garden-pathed by the following sentence from this Wikipedia article:
Slicing the bamboo shoots thinly assists in this leaching.

New York white supremacist sword attacker pleads guilty (from BBC)
The headline sounds to me like the sword attacker killed a white supremacist, but the supremacist is the attacker.

My first parsing had someone attacking a white supremacist sword.

I'd never have guessed that the article didn't involve kidnapping

A quite unfortunately missing comma from wikipedia: That daughter also appears, as Gaia Donzella, in the Tavola Ritonda, where she is kidnapped by the knight Burletta of the Desert (Burletta della Diserta) who wants to rape her but is rescued by Lancelot.

To be fair, Gaia Donzella's mother is Morgan le Fay, so technically both parsings are probably accurate here...

Was that written by a Politico intern whose first language is German and who couldn't remember the English word for "frog"? But if that's the case, who is the "House frog" and why are 2020 hopefuls wooing it?

Frosh is a slang term for freshmen... which in this case almost certainly means Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez... better known these days as AOC.

THis one is obviously deliberate so I debated about putting it here, but, since I actually did get confused by this, here i go:

BEZOS EXPOSES PECKER

also at https://nyp.st/2DZyD4A , not sure who had it first. The HuffPo story seems to have removed the headline now.

Not a confusing headline, but I just wanted to share this awesomely clunky quintuple compound from msn.com:
