There seem to be a bunch of phonemes in that text which aren’t in the inventory: at least /ə œ v w/, and possibly some others too which I’ve missed.
fixed, but those are /ə̆ œ̆ β/ and the first half of /wa/

here's my own language for this year's relay:
/p t ʨ k q ʔ/
/b d ʥ ɡ/
/m n ɲ ŋ/
/s ɕ h/
/z ʑ/
/w r l j ʕ/
/i u e ə o ɛ a ɔ/
Stress is word-final. Stressed open syllables are lengthened.
In unstressed syllables, only /i u e ə a/ occur - but /e/ occurs rarely.
Word-final /q/ and /ʕ/ are pronounced [a̯k] and [a̯]. Word-final /t͡ɕ ɲ/ occur in complementary distribution with /k ŋ/ with the former occurring after front vowels and the latter after non-front vowels.
All clitics occurring in this text are unstressed.

Once more into the breach, updated version of my latest 'lang
[d͡ʒyʃuɾájyʃ] /d͡zɯ-sawdáʲʷ-j-ɯs/
/p t ts~tʃʲ k/
/b~mⁿ dz~dʒʲ d~ɾ g~ŋⁿ/
/l~nⁿ/
/v s~ʃʲ x ɣ/
/j w/
The language, as you might've probably guessed from my notation of the name, features heavy word-level prosody that interacts with the mildly agglutinative morphology to create the phonological inventory you can see above. Every content word in the language can be fronted, rounded, nasalised or any combination of the above, and this spreads to the word's attached clitics. Otherwise, since nothing ever changes the prosody of content words - so if you have two roots together in one noun, you can have different prosodies in one word - the language could just be seen as having a very limited phoneme distiribution. I think which consonants are affected by which prosody and how is also pretty evident from the consonant inventory above. The only major consonantal allophony that isn't explained by the prosody is the /d~ɾ/, and that is simply /ɾ/ becoming [d] whenever word-initial or geminated, which happens more often than you'd think due to /-r/ being both a very common lexical ending and the plural suffix.
/ɯ~uʷ~iʲ~yʲʷ
ʌ~oʷ~eʲ~œʲʷ
a/
+nasalisation on anything
In terms of the vowels, we have, well, this. A verftical vowel system that is fully subordinated to prosody, with the exception of /a/.
Except that's not really the actual vowels heard in speech, because there are also the syllabic consonants. You see, whenever a semivowel /j/ or /w/ ends up next to a vowel in pretty much any environment except intervocalically, it usually merges with the vowel in terms of surface realisation to become [i] or [u], respectively, and damn the prosody. The reason why /j/ or /w/ + vowel clusters aren't simply analysed as /i/ or /u/ is because the addition of a clitic that would make the /j/ or /w/ intervocalic tends to "rescue" the underlying phonemes, e.g.:
/woɾʷ-ɾ/ → [ud], but /ʌ-woɾʷ-ɾ/ → [owod]
/jɯɾ/ → [ir], but /ʌ-jɯɾ/ → [ʌjɯɾ]
Still, within roots the transformation of semivowel+vowel sequences into single high vowels can be considered to be a completed sound change, as there is no way to "rescue" these sequences back into actual sequences. E.g.:
/mjakaⁿ/ → /mĩkã/
Syllabification also happens with [ɾ], which (even intervocalically) tends to swallow the vowel preceding it, though never the following vowel, becoming syllabic afterwards if necessary. In fact, /ɾ/ almost always behaves like a vowel in the language, to the point of being able to form syllable nuclei all by itself, most notably in the plural suffix /-ɾ/ that frequently occurs word-finally after consonants, but it also never merges with the semivowels. In contrast, syllabification never occurs with [l] or any of the nasals.
Still, with regards to all the semivowel syllabification, the vowel system of the language can also be analysed as follows:
/i ɨ u ə a ɾ̩/
with the /ɨ ə/ having a wide variety of realisations based on context.
Phonotactics are pretty simple:
(C)(W)V(C), where W is a semivowel or /ɾ/ and V is a vowel or /ɾ̩/. Nasals never appear in codas, but otherwise there are no restrictions on coda consonants. Three-consonant clusters that do not involve /j/, /w/ or /ɾ/ are forbidden.

To print [i] and [u], among others, enter [ bk ] and [ / bk ], but without the spaces, to produce the opening and closing brackets, respectively.

Thanks, that works!

Jüsudayüs
Consonants:
/p t ts~tʃʲ k/ ⟨p t c k⟩
/b~mⁿ dz~dʒʲ d~ɾ g~ŋⁿ/ ⟨b~m j d g~ng⟩
/l~nⁿ/ ⟨l~n⟩
/v s~ʃʲ x ɣ/ ⟨v s h r⟩
/j w/ ⟨y w⟩
Vowels:
[ɯ u i y] ⟨ï u i ü⟩
[ʌ o e œ] ⟨ë o e ö⟩
/a ɾ̩/ ⟨a d⟩
Nasalisation is unmarked if unambiguous from consonants; otherwise it’s marked by adding ⟨n⟩ after final vowel
Sample words:
[d͡ʒyʃuɾájyʃ] /d͡zɯ-sawdáʲʷ-j-ɯs/ jüsudayüs
/woɾʷ-ɾ/ → [ud] ud
/ʌ-woɾʷ-ɾ/ → [owod] owod
/jɯɾ/ → [ir] id
/ʌ-jɯɾ/ → [ʌjɯɾ] ëyïd
/mjakaⁿ/ → /mĩkã/ mika
