I’m not quite sure how to interpret the rule for nasal assimilation: presumably /danma/→/damma/, but that would contradict your statement that geminates are disallowed. In the below examples I’ve simply ignored any possible nasal assimilation.
quke, yanta, paxiwa, keqena, kuru, bestani, xurwi, danta, pabasi
kunya, muriga, handa, jakwe, kersin, bura, kawasa, gunsi, paja

I always feel like there are no great non-digraph options for /ɲ/ and /ŋ/, but it's quite annoying to have much fewer than 26 phonemes and start using combinations for single sounds. The obvious ASCII answers are what you chose if they're not in use, but they do also seem a bit confusing because you'd expect them to be non-nasal without further information. A goodish alternative for /ɲ/ is to borrow from Spanish and use <ñ>, which is at least in use in a major orthography so it doesn't feel like a linguist-designed script.

Now we just need to run it through the Perl interpreter...

I’m not quite sure how to interpret the rule for nasal assimilation: presumably /danma/→/damma/, but that would contradict your statement that geminates are disallowed. In the below examples I’ve simply ignored any possible nasal assimilation.
quke, yanta, paxiwa, keqena, kuru, bestani, xurwi, danta, pabasi
kunya, muriga, handa, jakwe, kersin, bura, kawasa, gunsi, paja
kagaha, banbi, kuruki, danma, tarmikya, sunwa, baka, nuwe
technically the underlying form is not a geminate so they are allowed.
