Loss of nasalisation (also adjusted syllabification to reflect what it should probably actually be).

[ˈsju.pʰə ˈkʰæ.lə ˈfɹæ.d͡ʒə.ˌlɪst.ɪk ˈɛks.pi ˈæli ˈdəʊ̯.ʃəs]

Something quite atrocious. Have fun.

I only just remembered that when I tried to pronounce it. "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious". (I got the spelling right first try!)

Syllable-initial intervocalic voicing:

[ˈɕʊw.bʰə ˈkʰæ.lə ˈfɹæ.d͡ʒə.ˌlɪst.ɪk ˈɛks.pij ˈælɪ ˈdəʊ̯.ʒəs]

(that affected only two consonants, surprisingly.)

Vowels become more raised and fronted following [ɕ d͡ʒ ʒ]:

[ˈɕʏɥ.bʰə ˈkʰæ.lə ˈfɹæ.d͡ʒɪ.ˌlɪst.ɪk ˈɛks.pij ˈælɪ ˈdəʊ̯.ʒɪs]
