How about a textbook about calculus.

I don't know if it specifically has to be calculus, but it would be interesting to see what they know about and how they would approach math, e.g. some axioms from Euclidean geometry or something. (My impression is that the bugs probably haven't discovered calculus yet, or else learned about it from humans, based on the descriptions of their society so far.)

OK! it's an interesting project :)
I have no idea of how their mathematics work yet. Ideally, their approach would be as counter-intuitive as possible.

One thing I do know is that they prefer bone to wood as construction material and that ribgages are often used as scaffolding, which could mean fewer right angles which could have consequences for their views of geometry. Also, Babylonian mathematics is heavy on interest rates and computing debts, and I doubt the Bugs would use that.
Well, I'll go figure something out :)

You could check the conlang fluency thread for sentences to translate - they're mostly not very long.

Is there any progress in Bugs?

Hey, thanks for the interest!
The Bugs are hibernating right now, I'm afraid... I took a short break to focus on a Romance project which got a little out of hand :)

But they're neither abandoned nor forgotten.
