The Stack?

So, I was just looking through
the Stack for some Celtic stuff, and realised that I have some stuff on my computer that isn't in the Stack (at least, not the version I have a link for). Who actually runs it? Is it worth me contacting them about additions to it or is it just stagnant now?

I’m in a similar situation: I’ve accumulated lots of extra resources which could be put into both the Pile and the Stack, and it would be nice to integrate them there. I’d like to know the answer to this too.

You have to be in the correct, obscure Discord private server where whoever maintain this stuff are.
(I am not.)
