Some resources on culinary stuff

ìtsanso, God In The Mountain, may our names inspire the deepest feelings of fear in urkos and all his ilk, for we have saved another man from his lies! I welcome back to the feast hall kal, who will never gamble again! May the eleven gods bless him!

I question some of the author's conclusions, not least of all because humour theory would have been abandoned sooner or later with or without Paracelsus.

I know, but it's still useful for raising some questions/providing ideas for a conculture's cuisine.
I posted it mainly so I don't forget where it is again.

His "turkey sandwich with almond sauce" idea sounded good, though, so I think I'm going to try making that. :p Might substitute chicken, though: I'm not a fan of turkey.

Is there such a thing as almond sauce? I could see turkey with peanut sauce, but all right-thinking people know the Correct sauce for a turkey sandwich is cranberry.
