Zompist Bboard Again

On page 11 of part 1 of Almea Industrial Age, the Ehä are mentioned:

"The Ehä have confirmed the archeological picture: this sort of society was both sides’ intention, and would be their
preference for Almea today."

This word appears nowhere else in the book and I haven't been able to find it in the wiki. Who or what are the Ehä?

A very good question, but the answer won't come until the next volume...

(They don't yet appear in Almea+400, but they will.)
