Is there any software, program, linux program or website which converts french , german or dutch text to international pronunciation text ?

Anyway: searching Google for ‘software french german dutch to IPA pronunciation’ yields
https://easypronunciation.com/en/, which looks like it may give what you want. It’s very limited though: without a subscription, it only does 25 characters at a time, and you have to wait an hour between transcriptions. Unfortunately more searching doesn’t seem to turn up any other programs.

Brad, Thank you very much for pickles and tea and your helping hand. I love pickles very much but I use too much sugar in tea and I am thinking to not use anymore but no success. In Turkey , people drinks 80 millions cup of tea everyday and government tea factories still cant make profit. I think someone gets money and send to best watchmakers in the world , if your income comes from elsewhere , you can produce a watch with CNC İn few weeks and say you spent 5 years. People are really smart.

Welcome to the board Mustafa! This comment of yours brings me great joy somehow, but I'm confused - can you explain the link between tea factories with no profit and someone sending money to watchmakers? Is this about financial corruption?
