I've been working out the sound changes for my new conlang Chdhà Zê, as well as some for Hhotakotí.

I really like Old Greedian's orthography! It's unique looking, but it makes sense to me as well

Klasikal pai kokkodu. Hevento violin pai viòla, soteu he ci si nuxtaruo hau tahir gitar pai, meskak gema, cello.
Classical and (some) other (kinds). Mostly violin and viola, but I've also been teaching myself guitar and, more recently, cello.

Swamps are very interesting linguistically, because it's the only word with /aʉ/.

In three days, I'm going to Japan to attend a conference about liquid crystals in Kyoto. Afterwards, I'll spend 10 days of vacation in Japan to visit Tokyo, Hakone, and Nagoya, and then I'll have a 21-hour transit through Seoul.
