It depends on what you mean by ‘Pirãha based’. Assuming you mean an a priori language with a Pirãha-like aesthetic, from what I’ve seen of Pirãha (admittedly not much), the key points are:
  • Phonology: Minimal consonant inventory, lots of odd allophony, vowel system something like /a i o/ + tone
  • Morphology: Complex verb structure with many prefixes and suffixes, lots of TAME distinctions
  • Syntax: Can be analysed without recursion
Conlangs: Scratchpad | Texts | antilanguage
Software: See http://bradrn.com/projects.html
Other: Ergativity for Novices

(Why does phpBB not let me add >5 links here?)

You could probably also add

Lexicon: borrowing basic/core vocabulary for neighboring trade language/lingua francas (e.g., pronouns).

As well as

Spatial directions based on rivers / major landmarks. (not "its left of me [as I'm presently facing]" but "its downriver [from where i am]" )
