Sounds interesting to me. I'm extremely short on time though.

I made some potato and leek soup tonight. The secret here is to use a lohikeitto recipe without the salmon and add onions and garlic and cook them for around 5 minutes before you cook the leeks.

Huh? Did I report a post in the Ukraine thread? I'm pretty sure I didn't. Did I hit a wrong button or something? In that case, sorry.

Random: I recently got a haircut (my first in... a large number of years), and have been now getting a lot of comments about it from coworkers. Was not expecting that.

Perhaps from the coworkers' perspective, it was as if you'd suddenly come to work dressed up as someone else?

I'm used to getting comments when I get my hair cut, and while my hair does get a bit longish because of my not bothering to get it cut that frequently, it must never have gotten as long as yours was!

You haven't gotten a haircut in many years, and you weren't expecting your coworkers to say something about it? Do you work at the factory that makes autism?
I did it. I made the world's worst book review blog.

I was expecting some coworkers to comment, especially the ones I work with a lot. Not, as it turned out, practically everyone.

Probably not (it'd been over a decade), so for some people it probably was a considerable change for them to see.

I'd be very surprised if almost all of your coworkers didn't notice then!

It is. AFAIK, it is used to improve the capacity of the soil to absorb moisture.
