Rumours of Esperanto's death are greatly exaggerated!

Post by alice »

It's true! I noticed, in a trailer on the BBC for a programme called "Back in Time for School", a blackboard on which was clearly written "Baa Baa Black Sheep" in Esperanto! Could Zamehof's most famous creation be undergoing a revival underneath our radar?
Self-referential signatures are for people too boring to come up with more interesting alternatives.

Well, it is still one of the few conlangs that non-conlangers might have heard of, though even in that respect it has probably fallen behind Klingon lately.
