I think that the second phrase should be "saya jauh lebih sering jalan-jalan". despite what the dictionary may say, I think "sering" is actually an auxiliary verb, not adverbs. Alternatively, you can nominalize the word "jalan-jalan", so it becomes "saya jalan-jalannya jauh lebih sering". I'm not sure yet about the last one, so I need input from other Indonesian natives.

Ich spreche Englisch und nur ein bisschen (schlechtes) Deutsch.
I speak English and just a bit of (bad) German.
Ich möchte mein Deutsch verbessern.

Está bien. Si tú practicas, tú puedes ser fluido en el idioma que tú quieres aprender.
It’s ok. If you practice, you can be fluent in the language that you want to learn.

Nicht notwendigerweise. Ich höre ganz schlecht, und deshalb ist es schwer, eine neue Sprache fließend zu sprechen.
Not necessarily. My hearings is pretty bad, and therefore it's hard to speak a new language fluently.

Ich mag, wie das Wort für "schreiben" in vier von fünf dieser Sprachen Lateinisch entstammen.
I like how the word for "write" in four of five of these languages comes from Latin.

(My suggestions for corrections. I'm only at intermediate level for Japanese, and for the English there are many ways to phrase that.)
私はフィンランド語、スウェーデン語、英語と日本語が話す。コーンワル語も中国語もちょっと勉強したことがあるが、あれが本当に話せない。
Watashi wa Finrando-go, Suweeden-go, Eigo to Nihongo ga hanasu. Koonwaru-go mo Chūgoku-go mo chotto benkyō shita koto ga aru ga, are ga hontōni hanasenai.
I speak Finnish, Swedish, English and Japanese. I have studied a little bit of Cornish and Chinese, but I can't really speak those languages.

Numbers usually follow the noun. If you put a number before the noun, I think you need to put の between them. が is used after 人, because 人 is the subject.
私もっと言語に集中できればいいんだなあ。
Watashi motto gengo ni shūchū dekireba iin da naa.
I wish I could focus more on languages.

And I wonder whether Hawaiian
kākau may be in any way related to Japanese 書きます
kakimasu 'write'.

Freilich könnte man sagen, dass Lateinisch eine untote Sprache ist.

Wo sind unsere Deutschsprachler? Ich bin sicher, dass "in vier von fünf dieser Sprachen" nicht richtig ist.
Where are our German-speakers? I am sure, that "in vier von fünf dieser Sprachen" is not right.
