I'm currently translating The Hobbit chapter two, "roast mutton". It's not as difficult as chapter one, but difficult nonetheless, although I'm continuing at a decent pace.

Well, since Sajiwan is a CEC many words come directly from English, but annoyingly the Shire (it isn't even called that in the Hobbit) is like rural English country side, which of course isn't like a tropical Carribean island at all. I'm pretty sure no-one in Sajiwa has ever put on a "dressing-gown", for example. I translated that with "insay long-kot" ("inside long coat"), a "long-kot" also being something not really relevant to current-day Sajiwa, but at least historically it fits.
