Disclaimer: I have quite a bit of other work at the moment, so it might take me a bit longer than expected to pass the torch on to Emily. (Also, I still need to make half my conlang!) But hopefully it shouldn’t take much longer than 2–3 weeks at most. I’ve already managed to decode a fair portion of Moose-tache’s text, so at least that portion of the relay shouldn’t take too long.

‘People’s Artist of Ukraine’?
And I think you overestimate me. I’ll tell you what, when I’m done I’ll send my ‘translation’ over to you so you can have a good laugh at the results.

I'm very interested to see what comes out at the end.

I guess at this point I'm dropping out, unless my turn comes after 15th of June.

Alas, it looks like I’ll need some more time. I’ve been steadily working on this relay in the time between my assignments, but such time is basically nonexistent at the moment. Apologies for the delay.
(In my case, the main problem is that my conlang doesn’t actually have adequate documentation yet, so I’ve been spending most of my time writing a coherent outline grammar which gives enough details to translate stuff. If Emily wants something to start off with, I’ve been posting it steadily at my scratchpad
starting here; there should be only one or two more posts needed before I can translate and pass on the torch.)

Apologies for the delay on my side also; I’ve been utterly swamped with other work, and it looks like I may only get to this in two weeks at least. I’ll send you a PM when it’s ready.

Maybe it would be faster to translate it into Ithkuil Sign Language?

Finally, my last exam is finished! At last, I can think of things other than physics and chemistry! Expect the torch to be completed and passed within the week. Again, I sincerely apologise for the ridiculously long delay.
Oh, and let this stand as a reminder to me that I should never again schedule something like this right in the middle of the busiest period of the semester…

torch has been passed to darren (although i used Ka'ekala rather than my 10th-grade conlang). apologies to darren and everyone afterwards if i have rendered the text into gibberish, this was a harder project than i expected!

Torch received! I'm on holiday at the moment, so I should (hopefully) be relatively quick with it.

Torch completed and passed on to Zju! I'm very interested to see what it started from and how it's gonna turn out once the relay's over.
