Why is Dekhnam called Dekhnam, and not something like "New Munkhâsh" or "Munkhâsh restored" or "Munkhâsh reborn"?

Recall that Dhekhnam started as an alliance with Tyellakh, which was a secondary area in Munkhâsh. The Tyellakhi probably remembered little about Munkhâsh (they were illiterate), or if they did, didn't care to be reminded of their status under the Demoshi.

And when the Demoshi did take over, a) the new name was already established, and b) they too were not interested in a mere revival of Munkhâsh, where they were not true partners of the ktuvoks.
