I've posted this one before, but I'll post it again out of boredom.

/rihɑllæ kɑːfi/ [reˈhɑʎːɐ ˈkɑːɸe]

Syllables have the structure CV(ː)(C)(C) with unrestricted geminates with the sole exceptions that initial syllables can lack an onset and that coda Ch is not allowed.

Stress falls on the leftmost heaviest syllable of the last three syllables of a word, including attached clitics.

Here is the consonant inventory:

/m n/ [m n~ɲ*~ŋ$~ɴ$]
/b d/ [b~β+ d̪~ð+~d#~dz*~z*+]
/t k q/ [t̪~t#~ts* c*~k k*~q]
/tʼ kʼ qʼ/ [t̪ʼ~tʼ#~tsʼ* cʼ*~kʼ kʼ*~qʼ]
/f s χ h/ [f~ɸ+ s~ʃ* x*~χ ç*~h~ħ!]
/z ʁ/ [z~ʒ* ɣ*~ʁ]
/r l/ [r~ɾ+ l~ʎ*]
/w j/ [w j]

All consonants can be geminate

* Before front vowels or /j/ before or in the next syllable
# Before front vowels or /j/ before or in the next syllable but before another consonant
+ Intervocalic
! Geminate
$ Before a homorganic consonant

Here is the vowel inventory:

/i æ ɑ u/
/iː æː ɑː uː/

Stressed short vowel phonemes are realized as [i æ ɑ u] except before a uvular phoneme, where then they are [e ɑ ɑ o].
Stressed long vowel phonemes are realized as [iː æː ɑː uː] except before a uvular phoneme, where then they are [eː ɑː ɑː oː].
Unstressed short vowel phonemes are realized as [e ɐ ɐ o] except before a uvular phoneme, where then they are [e ɑ ɑ o].
Unstressed long vowel phonemes are realized as [i æ ɑ u] except before a uvular phoneme, where then they are [e ɑ ɑ o].

The following vowel-glide sequences are realized specially provided the glide falls in the same syllable as the vowel:

Stressed /æj ɑw/ are realized as [ɛː ɔː].
Unstressed /æj ɑw/ are realized as [ɛ ɔ].
Stressed /æːj ɑːw/ are realized as [ɛːj ɔːw].
Unstressed /æːj ɑːw/ are realized as [ɛj ɔw].

Let's try a Hispanic orthography.

/eːn mixiʃaː/ <Én Mijixá>

/m n/ <m n>

/p b t d k g/ <p b t d c-qu g(u)>
/pː tː kː/ <pp tt cc-cqu>

/f v θ ð s ʃ x ɣ/ <f v c-ç z s x j g(h)>
/fː θː sː ʃː xː/ <ff çc-çç ss xx jj>
/w l j/ <h(u)-uh l y>
/wː lː jː/ <hh(u)-uhh ll yy>

/a e i o u/ <a e i o u>
/aː eː iː oː uː/ <á é í ó ú>
/aːː eːː iːː oːː uːː/ <aa ee ii oo uu>

/w wwː/ are <uh uhh> in coda, <h hh> before <u>, and <hu hhu> elsewhere. /k g kː θ ɣ θː/ are <qu gu cqu c g çc> before front vowels and <c g cc ç gh çç> elsewhere.

sample text:

Unnamed, in the style of mediaeval Spanish confused with Breton and then gone mildly crazy.

/m n ɲ/ ⟨m n ni¹³/in²³⟩
/p b t d k kʷ ʔ/ ⟨p b t d c⁴/qu⁵ qu⁴/qü⁵ ∅⁶/C⁷⟩
/ts tʃ dʒ/ ⟨ç⁴/c⁵ ch j⟩
/ð s ʃ x xʷ/ ⟨z s x h hu⟩
/l j w/ ⟨l gi¹⁸/i² gu¹⁹/u²⟩
/ɾ/ ⟨r⟩

(ʔ)(C)V(R)
R = m n ɲ s ʃ x l j w ɾ
*/ʔʔ/ is forbidden

/a e i o/ ⟨a e i o⟩
/aː eː iː oː/ ⟨á é í ó⟩

Tone is ignored. If a nasal vowel is not followed by a nasal consonant, an ⟨ñ⟩ is supplied afterwards. If two vowels are in hiatus and the second is short, then it gains a diaresis.

/ʔiː˥so˥ ʔi˥õː˨ɲa˩ ʃi˥ʔtsãː˨ ʔkʷe˥eː˩j wõ˨ĩː˨ʔke˥ dʒẽː˨so˩ oː˥ʃdʒoː˥ʔmo˥/
Íso Iónia xiççáñ qqüeéi goíñqque jéñso óxjómmo.

¹ In onset
² In coda
³ The ⟨i⟩ is dropped adjacent to ⟨i í⟩
⁴ Before ⟨a o á ó⟩, and in coda
⁵ Before ⟨i e í é⟩
⁶ Before a vowel
⁷ The doubling of a following consonant
⁸ The ⟨i⟩ is dropped before ⟨i e í é⟩
⁹ The ⟨u⟩ is dropped before ⟨o ó⟩

geminates are doubled.

in any digraph that ends with the same letter as the following phone, that letter is not marked. (I did a poor job of explaining that so here's an example: /nk/ [ŋk] <nk>, not /nk/ [ŋk] <nkk>)

/j/ is written as <i> when adjacent to another vowel.

the <j> that denotes a palatalized consonant is only marked at the end of any sequence of palatalized consonants, and is not marked if it would be written directly before <i>.

I tried to go diacriticless and I think I made the ugliest possible romanization here, but they said roll with the punches.

/m mʲ n nʲ/ m my n ny
/ᵐb ᵐbʲ ⁿd ⁿdʲ/ mb mby nd ndy
/b bʲ d dʲ/ b by d dy
/pʲ t tʲ c k kʲ qʷ ʔ/ py t ty c k ky qw '
/pʰ pʲʰ tʰ tʲʰ cʰ kʰ kʲʰ kʷʰ qʷʰ h/ ph phy th thy ch kh khy khw qhw h
/ts tsʲ tʃ tʃʲ/ ts tsy tc tcy
/tsʰ tsʲʰ tʃʰ tʃʲʰ/ tsh tshy tch tchy
/s sʲ/ s sy
/dɾ dɾʲ/ dr dry
/dɺ dɺʲ gʟ gʟʲ gʟʷ/ dlr dlry gl gly glw
/ɾ ɾʲ/ r ry
/r rʲ ʀ/ rr rry rh
/ɺ ɺʲ/ lr lry
/l lʲ lʷ ʎ/ l ly lw j
/β βʲ j w/ v vy y w

/i u e o a/ i u e o a

creaky voice is marked by capitalizing the consonant.

Who doesn't love phonemically distinctive capitalization in an orthography?

I don't. They are an offense on a par with capital IPA letters (which don't exist, but still some conlangers come up with orthographies which try to use them) ;)

I see. Koppa had some extra fun before falling into disuse.

I think today has stretched my obscure letter recognition skills more than any other.

¹ Or should that be Volapꞟk?
² As well as the Esparanto volapukaĵo with the same meaning, but I assume that's standard IAL rivalry

See you can technically romanize this lang with the entire english alphabet but i'll see what you can come up with.

Challenge accepted:

*m *n m n
*b *d *g ph th kh
*p *t̪ *c *k *q p t ky k kw
*v *z bh dh
*f *s̪ *x *h b d g h

*i *y *u i ü u
*e *o e o
*a a

there's no grammar or sample text, so i'll assume that this romanization doesn't overlook anything.
