Latin word list?

Post by alice »

Does anyone know if there is a downloadable Latin vocabulary kicking around somewhere, which shows vowel lengths?
*I* used to be a front high unrounded vowel. *You* are just an accidental diphthong.

Given how many Latin dictionaries there are readily available, I assume what you're looking for is a plain-text dataset you can plug into a sound change applier? The closest I can find is this. Another possibility would be to just go to the Wiktionary page on Latin lemmas and copy-pasting the alphabetical list one page at a time.

Thanks! That's what I was looking for.

It doesn't meet the requirement. Wiktionary page titles don't show vowel length, unlike say Pali pages.
