Nein, das ist nicht die Regel.
'No, that is not the rule.'

"Sie" wird großgeschrieben als höfliches Pronomen der zweiten Person.
'"Sie" is capitalized as the polite second person pronoun.'

Als Pronomen der dritten Person Plural wird es klein geschrieben.
'As third person person plural it is not capitalized.'

Ganz egal, ob in einem Brief oder nicht.
'No matter whether in a letter or not.'
Das habe ich mir gedacht.

Ich habe eine kleine Frage: ist es klein geschrieben oder kleingeschrieben?
I have a little question: is it "klein geschrieben" or "kleingeschrieben"?

Edit: my German sentence-making post is totally deleted.

I didn't know your topic is still ongoing, and on the other hand I also plan to add a bit more to this practice. So, I've left it out for now.
(我不知道你們的話題還繼續著,此外我也打算再加點東西。所以我先刪除了這篇練習。)

Ich habe 873,000 Ergibnisse auf Google für "klein geschrieben" und 699,000 Ergibnisse für "kleingeschrieben" gefunden, aber vielen Ergibnisse haben über diesen Wörter von selbst gehandelt.
I got 873,000 hits on Google for "klein geschrieben" and 699,000 hits for "kleingeschrieben", but many results were about these words themselves.

Manchmal ist es einfacher, ein Wörterbuch zu konsultieren.
It's sometimes easier to consult a dictionary.

Ein Wörterbuch wird einen älteren Sprachenlerner nach seinem richtigen Weg(e) führen, oder darf einen armen Neuen auch führen, sich in den schwierigen Wagen, die es gibt, zu verlaufen. :D
(A dictionary will lead a senior language learner to his correct way, or may also lead a poor beginner to get lost among the complex routes it provides.)

Ich weiß nicht genau, wie und wo die Geschichte/Erzählung begann. Ich weiß auch nicht, wie und wo sie enden wird. Ich denke, dass sie mehr oder weniger wie einen ein Wind ist, der immer seine eigene Richtung hat, in die er bläst.
(I don't know very well how and where the story began. I also don't know how and where it will end. I think it’s more or less like a wind, that always has its own direction to blow.

Fragen Sie mich?
Are you asking me?

(Diese Sätze sind zu schwierig für mich zu übersetzen...)
(These sentences are too complicated for me to translate.)
I am used to correcting my own sentences in black, bolded type, a habit I copied from an linguoboy with "l" lowercased, who provided me a lot of language corrections in my previous forum.
Now that the whole sentence is bolded already, I randomly choose the blue color. It functions just like the red color you choose.
I left a phrase in red this time just because I am still trying to correct it myself, which I don't feel safe and I'm still being studying it by asking people.

Danke schön für Ihre Hilfe.
Thank you for your help.

Meistens jogge ich den Fluss entlang, und manchmal kommt Thomas mit. Nachdem wir gejoggt haben, setzen wir uns und plaudern am Fluss. Kennst du Thomas? Immer wenn er redet, redet er über Politik, Politik und noch mehr Politik. Manchmal ärgere ich mich über seine Worte, aber ich versuche, meinen Wut Ärger zu bändigen, denn wir sind Freunde.

*1) Wut is much stronger than Ärger; as you chose sich ärgern in the preceding clause, you also should use Ärger here.

I can't say how others do it, but when I mark, red is simply wrong (orthographic mistake or a form or construction is ungrammatical or a word or construction doesn't have the intended meaning), while blue marks corrections wrt idiomaticity / register / selection of better fitting words or expressions.
Added comment: English student can be translated by German Schüler and Student; the former would be correct for someone at High School, while the latter for someone at college or university.
